Error occurs while creating game session. Try again.

Which part of the mode? All ultimate team gameplays

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don't know
What happens when the bug occurs? I can't get in any game
What should be happening instead? I should be able to enter a game

Any ultimate team game mode i try to play right now, i receive an error message saying "an error has occurred while creating your game session. Please try again." , and i have not been able to play for almost 3 days now. I've restarted my game, waited for 2/3 days and it still won't let me play. I know people who can play and i can't, so how do i get this fixed?

    I have the same error with my ultimate team. It is hasn’t been working for about two weeks. I don’t have SAM KERR. My team is quite expensive and I have also used fc points (4600) I have read through so many responses , and have tried everything to fix it.  Including deleting all files beside the career ones. Deleting the MAC ADDRESS on Xbox. Renaming the Club, checking my network, and I have contacted you 2 times with no response. Not being able to play because “there was an error creating your game session.” Is very frustrating because  falling behind in packing some insane GOLAZO CARDS. I also can’t put players like Rodri 89 into sbc and I stuck on my items. I have no idea what to do. My team is worth more than 4 million coins. Also I have checked there is no specific player that is  affecting the team. I am able to play with a bronze team but I don’t find that enjoyable. The reason that this may have happened is because my Xbox SERIES S shut down and I have re logged in and found that there is no ongoing game session. My squad won’t save either so every time I want to see if this works I have to enter it all on again. Ea PLEASE FIX IMMEDIATELY.
