Error when submitting Sbc squad in EA FC 24

IN EA FC 24 i Am doing the james maddison sbc i did the premier league challenge it succeded but when i try to submit my squad in the england challenge it says failed to submit on the web app i tried...

hello 

i cant submit last sbc for hybrid nations, because i get error everytime. 

Whats the fix?
