Evolution Card Stuck as duplicated

Evolution player stuck in the duplicate list. Can not open pack. Show connection error when trying to put the player into the club.

what I did was that I deteled the completed evolution player. Create same player with different evolution and then recovered the deleted player. Causing the issue.

Now, I deleted the new evoluting player, but cannot put recover evolution player back to the squard.
