Evolution problem

hello i previewed an evolution of akanji (Euro glory evo) but i didn't confirm it but when i opened my playstation i found that it there evon though i din't confirm it so i think it may be a bug. I wanted to share that because if other people siffered the same problem ea maybe can help us and if anyone have a solution please reply to me.
