Evolutions Not Working.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Ultimate Team > Evolutions.
What happens when the bug occurs? I can't evolve ANY players using any of the recent Evolutions. The TOTY centre back won't let me evolve anyone whether they're a gold card or an already evolved card. Same applies to Right Side star Evolution and even the Double Plus Pursuit Evolution, which costs 100k coins. It won't let me evolve ANY player. I've been logging in daily and attempting to use it. I just keep getting server error messages or nothing at all happens.
What should be happening instead? I should be evolving players.
