Extremely Low FPS After Nvidia Driver Update

Ever since updating the drivers on my GPU, my game drops to an unplayable FPS in game. The menus run in ultimate team run at no more than 30 FPS, in game too it's the same and on set pieces I get 5-10 FPS. There's also a load of input delay that makes the game even more unplayable. My PC isnt amazing but before the update I was getting a minimum of 80 FPS with 0 input lag.

I've tried:
Reparing the files

Changing Nvidia control panel settings
Changing in game video settings
Reinstalling the game on a faster drive
4 different nvidia drivers
Deleting the FC24 file in documents
Running as administrator

And nothing has worked. There's points where it runs ok but as soon as I tab in and out of the game the FPS goes back down to 20-30. If anyone's had a similar issue and has a fix i'd really appreciate since the game is literally unplayable in its currrent state.
