Without seeing your error message, the following usually helps: 

• Switch between DirectX 11 and 12
• Reinstall or update your video drivers (don't install GeForce Experience if you are an NVIDIA user)

here is the Error...this is the old picture...from around 2 months...now im with drivers  Nvidia 546.29

Crappy, they honestly expect us to play their game every year when their own assistance ghosts their community on a global problem. Nothing has been addressed, this is the only game anyone is having issues on and is completely unacceptable from EA. 100$ for what?
