It still doesn't work for me. I'll send my DxDiag again.
I have already tried with a new admin account and i've executed the system file checker like you said, but everything was in order. The black screen issue still persists tho. Anything else I can try?

If you can rerun the DxDiag in English that would be great.

I've opened my dxdiag and most of it is in English. I can't seem to change the language of my dxdiag, but i've ran it again and added it to this post

just bought the game and was able to play for 3 days.. then... black screen, and back to the EA App
