FC 24 crossplay problem

Hello there. So, i play FC24 on my PC and my bro plays it on Xbox series s. The problem is that we cannot crossplay in any mode. In the menu when i was trying to invite him it says that the platform of my bro is not compatible with my platform. Does anyone know why is this happening?

    Hey @iSuperfunk Something like this happens when players on a console install or launch the wrong game version. Check with your friend to see if he has installed and uses the Gen 5 or Gen 4 game version on his platform. He would need to log in from the Gen 5 version on his  Xbox Series X/S.
