FC 24 doesn't launch - it crashes and generates a memory dump

Product: EA SPORTS FC 24
Platform:PC
Please specify your platform model. EA app - PC
AMD or Nvidia Model Number Nvidia GeForce GTX1050
Enter RAM memory size in GB 16
Which mode has this happened in? Kick off
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Just launching the game
What happens when the bug occurs? It opens "Crash Report Handler"
What should be happening instead? Opening the game

Hello,

I am currently experiencing difficulties launching the game on Windows 11, with Secure Boot enabled, whether it be through the EA APP or the Desktop shortcut, regardless of whether I attempt to run it as an Administrator or not. Instead, a crash handler window appears (refer to the attached "Crash handler.png").

Enclosed within the compressed file "PACKER_1150515_19584.rar" is the memory dump for further analysis.

I would greatly appreciate any guidance or assistance on resolving this issue.

    Hi everyone,


    I've been a bit busy these days, but I've finally managed to solve this issue. I performed a rollback to the previous version of the Windows 11 update, and the issue has been resolved. In reality, I attempted to revert to Windows 10 to check if the problem persisted, but it wasn't possible because it had been more than 10 days since I upgraded to 11, thus removing the latest Windows 11 update that had been installed instead.

    Yes, of course I will share the solution as soon as I get it. I am a bit desperate because I have done the following:

    • Reinstall FC24, EA APP, Anti-cheat App.
    • Install the digital certificates for the anti-cheat
    • Open EA APP and also FC24 as administrator
    • Close all processes unrelated to FIFA that may cause any errors (antivirus and other third-party applications)

    Despite trying all these solutions, the problem persists. I appreciate any additional help anybody can provide. This issue is really severe and is affecting my ability to enjoy the game

    Треба було видалити останнє оновлення Windows.
