FC 24 FPS and Crashing problem

While playing EA FC 24, the FPS is unusually low and the game keeps freezing, despite my computer's FPS being normal under regular circumstances. I've restarted my computer multiple times, but the issue persists. My graphics card drivers are completely up to date, and I haven't encountered any problems with other games. Even on the lowest settings, I'm getting around 15-20 FPS, which is lower than what I'd expect, even compared to higher settings. Finally, today, I encountered an error within the game, and it crashed. What should I do? I used to play FIFA 22 without ever dropping below 60 FPS.

The last error I got was:
