FC 24 free for me but not for friends

I have a question. Me and my friends subscribed to Xbox Game Pass. They got 10 hours of free trial for FC 24 but I got the full game with Loyalty Edition. Why? And how can they get the full game?

Hey @K3v5n, it's hard to tell why different versions were received without looking at each account individually as you might have had different subscriptions. However, the 10 hours trial is the correct version to receive if you get EA Play via Xbox Game Pass.

Hey thanks for the reply.
Me and all my friends have the same Xbox Game Pass subscription and I know we should only get the 10 hour trial but for some reason I got the full game. I don't know why and I can't complain but it makes me curious
