FC 24 glitch while intro video and main menu - random colours start to flash

Product: EA SPORTS FC 24
Platform:PC

Which mode has this happened in? Career Mode
Which part of the mode? Player Career
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? There is no option to choose that this glitch happens during game launch. I didn't even in the menu of the game yet and this happened I believe after new update/patch. Before game was running smoothly.
What happens when the bug occurs? 1. When launching the game, the loading screen appears. It loads normally. 2. After loading the game, the dialog option for choosing your profile appears. Still everything looks ok. 3. After pressing enter while choosing your profile, where the intro video should start, my screen goes wild, showing different plain colors, I can hear the chanting roar of the crowd in the entry video. 4. Pressing enter, skipping video, and I assume I'm at the "press any button" screen, situation is the same. 5. When in the menu, you can hear the music from in-game tracks, and I can hear the sounds of the menu by going up, down and left to right, choosing different menu options. Screen is still showing different plain colors, each time changing them if I choose different menu options (just by going up or down). 6. Deleting and reinstalling the game didn't help, deleting and installing the latest video drivers didn't help.
What should be happening instead? Game menu should appear normally.

    I've also had this problem before. What you need to do is delete your profile and make a new one. Don't worry it won't delete your online data, it will only delete offline data.

    Every time I enter the game, random colours start to flash after choosing the my profile. I can here the ea intro just fine while the screen is flashing. Then, when I get into the home menu of the game, I can see the football field background and everything, but I cannot see the options like kick off and ultimate team in the menu screen. When I move the joystick, I can hear the audio cue for selecting the options, and I can even click on the options, and the background on the screen will change, but the menu will not be shown.
    I have tried:
    repairing game files, reinstalling games, and updating graphics drivers.

    I've also had this problem before. What you need to do is delete your profile and make a new one. Don't worry it won't delete your online data, it will only delete offline data.

    Ive been looking everywhere for this exact problem, except mine has the flickering and then sometimes switches to the animations in the backgrounds (e.g. son shooting) but no menus on the side. Was wondering if you also had the same problem? If you have found a fix please reply to this @gerorymo

    I am having the same problem too. Ive also tried using a different pc (with my acc that i am having problem) but its the same. The menus dont show. I hope they do a fix about this.

    If I wanna play the game it gets to the profile loading point and from that the UI is gone. Even worse it is not only gone for me it is completly bugged with a flickering screen when I go up and down on the controller the colours change and the scenes sometimes swich but I cant really click on anything. The screenshot shot if you go down 4 times everytime other screen with something other glitched. Couldnt play since Saturday couldnt finish WL and support didnt help a single thing even tho multiple players have this issue...

    @7TheMarko7 Honestly do the people working at EA even care? I've read this problem in this ''Answers HQ'' atleast 10 times from multiple weeks ago from some people and nothing is happening....

    Hello i have problem with FC 24 when i join in game my screen is showing just colors in game i cant play! can any one help me
