2 years agoThank you for reporting this issue. Our team will investigate. In the meantime, deleting the current profile and creating a new one can help fix this issue.
I've also had this problem before. What you need to do is delete your profile and make a new one. Don't worry it won't delete your online data, it will only delete offline data.
