    I've also had this problem before. What you need to do is delete your profile and make a new one. Don't worry it won't delete your online data, it will only delete offline data.

@Za4ppy This is happening on Fc25, how do I delete my profile on pc? Please guide me. TIA

    when u open fc25, it should say, choose profile, then click square or x
