Sorry to hear about the tech issue you're experiencing.
It's possible a quick cache clear with App Recovery option could fix this or a complete reinstall of the EA app.
If that doesn't help can you include a DxDiag in your next reply so we can look at your system specifications and Windows Error Reporting to see if there is anything that stands out that may need to be addressed?

what ever they tell you its not gonna work they been lying for years about help
