FC 24 Not Launching Please Help

@GelsonbravoLooks like i'm gonna refund the game. I will not play the game of a company that does not care about their players who have problems. If I can't get help from the only platform I can get from EA, this company doesn't deserve my money. They don't need my money, but I don't expect it to cause any more pain when I should be making myself happy for $70. And they got on my nerves because this problem is not a new problem and support has not been solved this problem for a long time and not responding.
