Fc 24 not lunching on xbox one

Is it only FC 24 causing this error or does it happen with other games as well?

Try deleting the personal saved data for FC 24. To do that, please follow these steps. There is the risk of losing offline saves and changes to settings you've made. Normally, those download from the cloud, but I can't guarantee this.

1. Press the Guide button and then highlight the FC 24 tile.
2. Hit the Menu button. It's the small one to the right of the Guide button with 3 horizontal lines on it.
3. Next, go to Manage game and add-ons > Saved data. Delete the file with your gamertag on it.

Yes it is only fc 24, other games are working. I did that but stil the game is not working.

Do you have the game installed on the internal hard drive or is it on an external one?

Do you happen to have an external drive you could try installing it to? Also, is your hard drive almost full? If so, try freeing up some space. Something else to check is to make sure your Xbox is up to date. 

If that still doesn't resolve this, try contacting Xbox support to see if they have any ideas. This looks to be a console issue more than caused by the game itself.
