Same is happening to me. My games constantly freezing and glitching when I move around in the menus so I have to restart and even then sometimes the game is already frozen upon relaunch so then I have to restart for a 3rd time to ether find out I now need to restart my console or can now play. All this isn’t a few times a day or even once an hour, It’s literally every few minutes. Then when I get back in UT it might freeze almost instantly again lol. On top of all of that all my games feel scripted. Oh and sometimes when I launch my game all my settings have restarted and it’s as if I’m loading the game for the first time. By sometimes I mean everyday since the launch of this game multiple times. Streamers I’ve been watching aren’t really having these issues either or if they are it’s like one or 2 restarts a day.
