FC 24 redeem code already used PS5

Hello guys! I' ve just bought FC 24 in a package wiht a new controller for PS5. I try to download the game, but when I enter the redeem code I receive a message the the code is already used? How this is possible, the package is original, bought from a retailer in a Sony case. How can I solve this issue?
