Fc 24 squad battle no rewards

1. I have been disconnected three times in FUT Champs while in game. I have not quit but I have been charged a loss for the game. Two games were in the first half and a third was about 89th minute. 
2. I have not received my squad battles rewards this morning? I can play the updated squad battles but I have not received my rewards

What should be happening instead? Awards should be given and match poinst should be added

I finished my weekly squad battles matches and I was at gold 2 rank with 20000+ points on the table. Squad battle time was reset and I did not get any rewards after it reset.
