FC 24 STUTTERING EVEN AFTER UPDATES

Does anyone have stuttering even wen playing at the lowest setting possible! For instance in my case I tried playing at 720p which gives around 80-110fps on my 60hz screen yet after turning on ingame vsync it stutters randomnly whch makes the gameplay worse and unplayable; this has led me to uninstall the game. If any of you are having similar issue please bring it up in this forum. The game needs optimisation and the devs need to take notice of this asap!
