FC 24 will not install on epic games launcher

I bought EA FC 24 on epic games (for PC). When I try to install it, I get a pop up to say "please wait while we install our partner application", another pop up box come up on the screen which has EA at the top, but the rest of the box is blank.

I have logged into my EA account and linked it with epic games, but it is still not letting me install the game.

I have look for other suggestions on here and cleared the cache on EA, restarted both apps but still not able to install it.

any suggestions please? I'm not very technical so simple terms would be great! 🙂
