We've had the same problem in Russian speaking community. You can get into the ultimate team. You have to open the game but don't go any further just click the EA FC icon and when the game loads you just click ALT+TAB and open EA app go into the sleep mode or offline mode you can do it by clicking the left high corner button and do offline mode. Then come back to the game and just sit 30 seconds in the menu just swiping around with stick. And then go back in EA APP(ALT+TAB) and switch offline to online and then you go back to the game and play ultimate team. You have to do it EVERYtime you load the game. If you don't do it you get crash
