FC 25 on FC 24 70% offer not working

Question

I am trying to purchase the fc 25 70% offer from FC 24 live screen but when i press the buy now button it just doesn’t take me to the page. I am trying to upgrade from fc 24 to 25 but i am unable to do since the pass week. I dont know whats going on and can you please fix this as i want to purchase the 70% offer.

It says that the offer may vary or change. Some players in this discussion were able to take advantage of the offer by doing various things such as:

Change game Language
Delete saved data on the console
Signed out of PS app on the phone
