Been an EA FIFA/FC player for years but since starting the early access of FC 24 my UT established date has changed from 2016 to 2023, this is stopping me from using the transfer market on companion app.Can this please be fixed

I have the same problem on my FC24 when I early acess on the game (Still connected on PS5 and Apple app for the companion). I've played 3 days on UT to "earn" acess on market but still doesn't work... I've noticed as well that de creation date on my UT team passed to 2023... Maybe the bug that EA can't resolved is here...
Please EA, do something, that's not normal ! ☹️

My club name and establishment date have been reset for some reason and I would like to retain the old est. Date since I started playing in 2017.

Each year when I log in to the new ultimate team I get packs for playing the year before and I did not receive any packs this year unlike my friends who received their packs and have the correct profile details.

I spoke to the live chat team and they told me that they can not help and that I should create a new forum here and someone will be able to assist me.

Hi All,
I have a weird problem and I hope it has a solution. Since I started Ultimate Team in EA SPORTS FC 24, I have noticed a change/reset in some information. At first I thought everyone was like that, but then I realized not. My team established date is now Sep. 2023, but originally my team was established in Nov. 2010 and I went back to FIFA 23 to check and took the attached screenshot.
So far this has not changed even after the official release. Even though the game tells me I'm a coming back player when I started it. How can this be fixed?

Hi I have been a FIFA Ultimate Team Player (now EA FC) since it began. When EA started to track the club Established Date (Est) my team was always Established Nov 2010 which is when they started this I believe. Anyway, since buying EA FC 24 this has now been reset to Est Sep 2023, and has disregarded all prior history. How can I restore the original value? The only version I did not play was last years FIFA 23 as I was travelling. Question is if I now also bought FIFA 23 would this fully restore my club est to the original date of Nov 2010? Or is the date now overwritten for good now I have already activated EA FC 24? Thank you

Because its technically a new game (EAFC over Fifa) everything has been reset for everybody i believe.

@Penguin_Squishy Nope. Many of my friends have their Est Since date fully restored. I believe its to do with if you skip an edition, then it will reset, but I need to know for sure. - If I go back and also buy FIFA 23, will this restore the Est date, or is it reset for good.

@The_X_Detective Did this get resolved? I have a similar issue, except I never played FIFA 23 so think that its been reset because of this. If I was to now install FIFA 23 I am curious to know if this will link the account back to 2010 of if now I have skipped 23 it will remain reset forever, which would be a real shame

Same problem here. II tought it was only my case because I skipped the game since 2019 but it doesn't seem the case. Any solution or answer from ea?
