I also did not receive my fc pro open finals reward. Ea help was a waste of time and no help at all. They just ask me to log out and back in. I had attachment of twitch clearly saying I was eligible for the rewards and ea help said that no because I did not meet the requirements. It’s been more than 2 days and apparently there’s nothing they can do. It sucks that they entice people to watch something for rewards and then not go through with it
