FC24 Blank Black Screen Resolution Problem

 I couldn't play this game for months because of crashing on start up.  After the latest update that no longer happens now and it has been fixed.  Instead I get a huge screen resolution problem instead, where the game is ten times the size of my screen.  FCsetup file reads as follows
