FC24 career mode: custom tactical presets disappear and reset to default

I'm playing FC24 on Switch. I basically enjoy it, but career mode has this big annoying bug: Tactical presets reset to default every once in a while. Custom presets are deleted and the default preset...

 I also have this problem in ultimate team, also during game its not give me to save tactics and to substitute players..
