I got the receipt in my email from EA. I can see the game in my EA account Library/Installed Games; however, I am unable to download it on my PC. When I do press the download button, it does make me go through the process of accepting legal terms, selecting an install location/drive on my PC, etc. and then after a minute or so gives me a Download Error.

Thanks again for your reply.
I have Cleared the Cache, like you suggested. I have also re-installed the EA App. I have also tried running the App as an Administrator, but to no avail. I am still getting the Download Error.
