FC24 Haaland Pack Bug?

I am completely new in Fifa, this is the first ever Football game from EA that I bought. So in FC24 I opened Haaland in a golden (Untradable) pack. I have the ultimate edition which means I also have the loan Erling Haaland card. When I wanted to use him there was still a loan number. I am absolutely sure that this was not a loan character that I packed. I am very upset about it. Could someone please help me with this?

@Nander_fl If you packed another non-loan Haaland then you will have two versions in your club. One with the loan games icon and another without. Search your club for him. It is possible your pack had a loan card in it which was also haaland though.

@DangerDays11 Is there like a way to find the history of your packs? Cause I only have 1 Haaland and I could've sworn it was not a loan. Cause I heard that loan characters do not appear in the walkout.

I never recieved haaland at all, he should of been in my founders pack after purchasing before 1st November, I literally bought the ultimate edition yesterday on sale and it stated if I purchase before 1st of November I will get a free permanent haaland, but he is no where to be found in my club. He wasn’t in the founders pack he was suppose to be in.

I think this is the Haaland that you get for playing before November 1st (see the picture attached), however, you only get the item in December. Which honestly kind of sucks because this card is 87 rated (so -4 from his 91 rated gold card) and by December I'm sure there will be much better cards for quite a cheap price.
