FC24 keeps deleting my saving files

Hi guys, me and my friend are sharing a steam account. I play the career mode, and save the progress all the time. But when he opens the game on his own PC, my saving files are just disappearing. It happened to me twice. His saving files are completely fine, but mine are always deleted when he runs the game. Please help me, thank you in advance.
