FC24 Menu UI Dissapeared

hi, my game menu ui is dissapeared so i can't do anything, it only happens today (14/03/2024). i tried reinstalling the game, calidate file integrities, restart my pc, trying a different network, nothing works. my device type is windows 11. please help me fix thig bug.

    If you still haven’t figured it out, or anyone looking to fix this issue… When you go to select profile, instead of just loading up your normal save, press delete and your game will be fixed. No you will not lose your data.
