FC24 Options not showing up in my game

When I get past the "press a random key" screen when starting the game. The options in the game become transparent and only the background is visible.

I formatted my computer and the problem was solved, but I don't know what to do if this happens again.

I did what you said and the result is the same, yesterday I deleted FC24 and reinstalled it and the error did not go away. I purchased it through Epic Games game.

@Lynowser I deleted the game and reinstalled it
I verified the game files
I deleted and installed Epic Games
I deleted the Ea App and installed it

and the problem still persists..
