FC24 Options not showing up in my game

When I get past the "press a random key" screen when starting the game. The options in the game become transparent and only the background is visible.

    I formatted my computer and the problem was solved, but I don't know what to do if this happens again.

Thanks. Here are some other steps you can try: 

  • Restart your computer, and go here: C:\Program Files\Electronic Arts\EA Desktop\EA Desktop and launch the EAUpdater.exe. 
  • You could also try disabling (or enabling, based on what works best in your case) Core Isolation > Memory integrity in your Windows Security settings. Please see "Options to optimize gaming performance in Windows 11 - Microsoft Support" for more information on this.
  • Make sure all available Windows Updates have been installed
  • Put your device in a Clean Boot then launch the game

    @EA_Pulsar Apart from that, I am using the latest version of the graphics card driver.
