2 years agoThanks. Here are some other steps you can try:
- Restart your computer, and go here: C:\Program Files\Electronic Arts\EA Desktop\EA Desktop and launch the EAUpdater.exe.
- You could also try disabling (or enabling, based on what works best in your case) Core Isolation > Memory integrity in your Windows Security settings. Please see "Options to optimize gaming performance in Windows 11 - Microsoft Support" for more information on this.
- Make sure all available Windows Updates have been installed
- Put your device in a Clean Boot then launch the game

I formatted my computer and the problem was solved, but I don't know what to do if this happens again.
