FC24 PC Freeze and speed up !!!!! Disc usage %100

My game freezes for no reason. It does not freeze completely. When I want to stop the game, text appears and the fans are moving, but the game is completely frozen.After 15 seconds, the game fast forwards at 2x speed and I usually score a goal. I have the same problem not only in online games but also in career mode. I tried every solution regarding the driver. The only thing I noticed is that when the game freezes, the fps is still stable and the disk usage goes up to 100%. The FC24 application is using a lot of disk and this may be due to the replay.bin file.
