FC24 ps5 /ps4

Apologies if this has been asked and answered I couldn’t see it If it has. My son has FC24 on the ps5 at my house and only has his old ps4 at his mums. He can’t play it at his mums it just comes up with an error code and won’t let him download it at hers. Is there anything I can do? I bought the ultimate edition so he could have it at both but a few months in I’m no wiser to how to download it successfully. Any advice appreciated. Thanks
