Disconnect and securely re-seat both ends of your HDMI cable. 

If the issue persists, boot in Safe Mode and choose Option 5, Rebuild Database:

It's not an hdmi glitch, my ps5 works just fine. When the screen goes black or the games gets disconnected saying the connection with the player was lost, i can still use the ps5 to go to my homescreen and restart the game.

I have attached a screen shot, it's a screenshot after the game starts, there's the fifa logo and it keeps loading and then either the game gets disconnected or it remains the same. Pleasse give a more prominent solution.

I have this problem also, the game is literally unplayable for me
