Fc24 Rivals and champions green flash and then black screen, Ps5

  1. Everytime my brother start my champions or rivals from his ps5, there's a black screen flash with a green light and then the connection gets either lost or it's stuck on a black screen and the only way is to completely shut the game off. Its annoying as the game is already very glitchy and now this. I have paid wo much for this game, so if you cannot fix this game personally within the next few days, i'd like a refund. Anyone who was able to tackle this glitch, please please let me know a solution.

    It's not an hdmi glitch, my ps5 works just fine. When the screen goes black or the games gets disconnected saying the connection with the player was lost, i can still use the ps5 to go to my homescreen and restart the game.

I have attached a screen shot, it's a screenshot after the game starts, there's the fifa logo and it keeps loading and then either the game gets disconnected or it remains the same. Pleasse give a more prominent solution.

    @EA_Barry Hey Barry , I am facing the same problem and it is impossible to place now , please let us know the problem’s solution
