I'm in exactly the same position, purchased EA FC 24 Ultimate Edition for Xbox Series S and my son can't access any of the Ultimate content or points. My son is extremely disappointed and so am I!

I don’t use the Xbox and have not downloaded FC24 on my (parent) account. My son downloaded it on his.
I am reluctant to download and open FC24 on my account as I fear any bonus content may be there and EA would say I have then claimed it.
I have opened a case with EA but I am not holding out any hope of a resolution.
