FC24 Ultimate Edition bought on Parent Account for Child

Exactly the same. I purchased eafc Ultimate for my son on our ps5. Downloaded it night before his birthday and low and behold when he logs in on his account he was so disappointed there were no fifa points. 

He is part of my family ea account so surely ea can move these to my sons ea account?

    I still have no solution from EA! I am still chasing them up but am not really hopeful they will sort it out.

      @DroopilyPlot191 Am in the same position but with FC 25. The developers really need to think outside the box here. Parents BUY the games, not kids. They must at least be able to issue a REDEEM CODE that the kid(s) can use within their accounts. I'm sure it's not that difficult if the feature is and Add-on. Not rocket science. Please EA you could at least email the redeem code to the parent / guardian account right?
