Fifa 24 Cant connect to the servers

Question

Recently bought a PS5, son previously had PS4 2 years earlier and used my account.

PS5 set up and lockin with PS account, no issues.

Load Fifa 24 and it links to my username used previously

Can't connect to the server then prompted with a barcode, scan barcode to change password then it say password will be sent to an un recognised email address.

Logged a ticket but getting no where fast, seems old account maybe disabled.

£500 for a PS5 that I cant play.

@Buddie1974 If your account appears as disabled try to use your last email address registered on that account to reset your password. Make sure to check all your emails.

Try that and see if you can log in https://help.ea.com/en/help/account/if-you-forgot-your-ea-account-id-or-password/#reset
