Fifa 24 player stuck in transfer page

I am facing a technical issue i can’t get my card out of it and i spoke with chat team and they clearly said they can’t solve it and you need to raise the matter to EA but it looks like no one can solve it for me and i reported this issue since 29/9/2023

so when this issue will be resolved i can see no any action from technical team since 3 weeks

i don’t have any option to do anything with the card

i got the same glitch and i can move only the player to my club but i can't sell it
