After speaking to EA for the 3rd time, I spoke to a wonderful EA member of staff who resolved the issue for me with great speed and with ease. Glad I spoke to this member of staff.
Community Managerhey @TheSameGuyxXx You will be able to transfer your UT Points once the game is released. Remember that you can’t convert your points using the Ultimate Team™ Web or Companion Apps.

Hey @EA_Pulsar I have similar issue. Im playing EA FC24 earlier since I have Play Pro. I got the pop up to transfer my FIFA Point from FIFA23, I accepted it (I got around 2000 points not exactly sure but I know you can check that out) and I only got 1600 for the preorder/Play Pro. The points I had on FIFA23 are gone from FIFA23 but not transferred to the new game, can I get some help on this?
