Fps drops corners,free kicks, penaltys, celebrations etc

Game is unoptimized like every year im afraid. EA don't care.

I have the same Problem on PS5

My game does not run good, at boot I get about 40fps which drops to ~10, with ~120ms render latency by the time I get to the main menu. This is ridiculous considering I have a i7 12700KF and RTX 4070, I was running FIFA23 perfectly at almost 200fps after making some NVIDIA 3D setting tweaks I found on YouTube which I can't find any longer. I've read many posts on here and Steam as well as watched a couple of YouTube videos, but none of the tweaks I've done seem to help. Also, like many others my in-game refresh rate option is greyed out at 60 but when I edit it to 160 in the \Documents\FC 24\fcsetup.ini file, it reverts back to 60 when I restart the game even if I set the file to read-only. Hello! I've also experienced similar issues on PC with my RTX 3070. I changes a few video / display settings that helped me make the issue almost non existent except during goal kicks (when the camera angle changes to goalkeeper view for the goal kick).

Here's the changes I would suggest making:

Change the FPS to lock at 60 instead of no limit (if you don't have it on locked FPS)

Turn the V-sync on

Change to Windowed borderless (MOST IMPORTANT)
