Community ManagerYou've got some packet loss and an 85 is on the lower end of connections. Most likely, this is due to the high amount of bandwidth since you're sharing a connection with everyone in your dorm. Unfortunately, there's nothing we can really do to help if you don't have access to the router. The best I can advise is to make sure you're using an ethernet cable that is at least Cat 6.

Community ManagerThat shows some of your games are on wireless and some on a wired connection. You've got packet loss. Which I would expect with the connection in a busy dorm. Unfortunately, we can't help with this as the issue is not coming from our end and you don't have access to the network equipment to troubleshoot.
