Frequently i lose my connection with servers in ea fc 24

I'm staying in a dormitory of an university with 1gbps internet. I don't have any problem with my internet and I'm sure of it. Sometimes while being in a football game, sometimes in the menu, especia...

Can you get a screenshot of the match history as well? That is on the left side of the Connection  Quality Report screen where it says Match History.

Ok, i tried everything but i get lost connection all the time, cant get in to the ultimate team, it said that i lost connection to the servers... my connectio works great, dont have any issues on other games, only this ****...  Check the attachment
