Fut 24 missing players

How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I have no idea
What happens when the bug occurs? Coins and players are missing from my club
What should be happening instead? Nothing

Hello.

Okay, so I logged in to my UT at 23:00 to find my team missing at least five players. 

No, I havent sold them or put them in an Sbc

Yes, I have checked the transfer market, quick sell recovery, I even searched for them individually in my club.

Yes, I restarted my console, the internet, logged in and out like three times yet still nothing.

Guess I’ll just wait for Ea to fix this?

Anyone else had this problem? If so any solutions maybe?

This happened to me twice now. For the first time, it fixed itself by logging out and back in to my ultimate team. This time… nothing.

This is really frustrating.

    If you're missing players and aren't sure why, then I recommend that you reach out to our live support team as they can take a look at what happened to them:

    It has steps on how to keep your account safe, just in case any nefarious parties have access to your account somehow.

    I’ve had it too I’ve been away on holiday for a week logged on this morning and all my tradeable players had gone, Courtois, varane, riise, fernandes rttk, haaland, rashford and salah I was on chat with an advisor who couldn’t help and said there were no suspicious activity

    You dont get help fron them . I Miss my rafael leao since 3 weeks nothing happened Always the same questions and answers ..

    I have the same problem.. them ask you the same question all the Tine and dont help you . I feel you Brother !

    I have just had this happen to me and the support team have told me to come on here and see if you will help. 

    my tradeable rttk haaland, van dijk and triple threat Thiago are now all gone. 

    I would love to get this resolved please.

    if you need proof then here you go.

    Then this is absolutely ridiculous. They need to do something about this, I worked so damn hard for those cards and for them to just disappear is just fantastic. 

    I hope they can do something about this.

    could you please have a look in to this issue not only for me but for everyone on this thread as we have been robbed of our players and would like them back. 

    I will not give up until the players have been returned for myself and my fellow gamers.
