Summarize your bug Hello! My account user name is haakon1004. I played fut Champions 24.November and had a record of 10-9. I had my last match for 11 wins and was up 3-1 to halftime. My opponent left the game and i got a message that Ea would look at the resoults. The match didnt count and i had to play the match again. And ofcourse i got mad and played bad and lost. Which means i should have had 11 wins but only got 10 because the game didnt count my last win. I play om new gen on pc. I tried to Go in and out of the game after my win didnt count but it didnt work. Please help.
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Look at my matches and see how many wins i gor in fut champs, count them and see that i got 11 not 10.
What happens when the bug occurs? I didnt Get my rewards right and had to play a new game, and i lost.
What do you expect to see? I expect to se compansation, Get new rewards or atlesst Get the packs and player picks i should Get with 11 wins.
