Hi, I’m trying to evolve my already evo’d emile smith Rowe into the new finisher evo. But every time I try, the game crashes and automatically puts me to the Xbox Home Screen. I saw someone also experienced this. Hope it gets resolved

I dont have access to the web app, really hoping that this thing will be sorted also on ps5 itself.
really frustrating not able to evolve a player via glitch
So I just completed the cut inside evolution with my player and when I try to put him in the finisher evo it error outs my game every time and it’s only with that card every other card is ok to click on but not my evo which is eligible for the finisher evo…anyone else having this problem?

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Put a player in fut champs red evolution and wait until he will expire, then try to put him in another evolution (such as Finisher) the game will crash.
What happens when the bug occurs? The game crashes and the player cannot be evolvable
What should be happening instead? The player has the right requirements for the evolution so it should move to the option to apple the evolution onto the card

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I'm a player who evolved with Evolution, so I don't know if it's very reproducible.
What happens when the bug occurs? An error occurred and the game was forced to close

Since I'm playing the game in the Japanese localization, I didn't know the English name of Evolution, so I asked the question in Japanese.
Please note that the words that appear after this may be different from those you are familiar with.
Also, since I am using a translator, please excuse any grammar mistakes.
When I select Darko Lazovic, who has already evolved, using [Evolution] or [Finisher], an error code (CE-34878-0) occurs and the game always ends.
I try to use an already Evo'd player, from a super long time ago, in the Finisher Evo. It straight up crashes my game

For everyone experiencing this issue go on the web app and start the evolution on there. Yes, I know it may not show you an upgrade on there but one you go back on your console/pc everything would be how it was as if the glitch didn't exist.
